I started Melissa Riva Flowers at just 22 with a devotion and enthusiasm that’s still as strong today. My vision was of a complete luxury flower design service incorporating everything from exquisite freshly made bouquets to corporate contract vases, magnificent event design and even weekly house flowers. I wanted a showcase space that people would walk past and admire in awe.

At my flagship store in St John’s Wood this philosophy has been turned into a reality creating an indulgent buying experience. My style is ever changing with season, fashion and interior trends but essentially everything I create has a sense of romantic femininity and is a collaboration of traditional luxury and contemporary concepts. I like to think of every bouquet as a piece of couture fashion – no two will ever look the same, each has its own individual charm and therefore makes it a truly personal and unique gift.

It is my dream that through my shop and flower school I can pass on this intoxicating passion I have found to everyone I meet.
